Our accommodation is located in a quiet courtyard, just a few minutes from the main train station and the city center. The connection to the city highway and the nearby tram stop allows for quick and convenient transportation. Shopping facilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
The bedroom features a very comfortable 1.60 x 2.00 meter box spring bed as well as a dresser and a clothes rack for storing your clothing. For relaxed working, e.g., for business travelers, there is a work area with a desk and chair.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed that can be pulled out to a sleeping area of 1.60 x 2.00 meters, accommodating up to 2 people. Here you will also find a dresser for storing your clothes. Directly above the dresser hangs the 55-inch smart TV, which is perfect for watching movies together. Thanks to the fast internet of up to 100 Mbps, this is no problem. The living room also has a stylish dining area that can seat up to 4 people.
The kitchen, which is partially open and accessible from the living room, has everything you need for a short or long stay. From a dishwasher to an oven to a fridge-freezer combination and a coffee machine, everything is available. Of course, there is also enough crockery, so nothing stands in the way of a cozy dinner.
The bathroom offers a modern rain shower as well as cabinets for storage. A hairdryer, shower gel, and hand soap are available for use in the bathroom. We provide high-quality hand and bath towels free of charge. For longer stays, there is a washing machine available.
